Carol L. Lewis, President of C. Lewis Shows, Meetings & Events, Inc., is an intriguing blend of creativity and passion. Intimately involved with every event planned and managed by her firm, she brings an artist's eye to the development of each event's overall theme – yet she executes the plan with an engineer’s precision.

"I like to think of an event as a party with a purpose,” Carol explains. “We always want everybody to have a good time, but we also have a specific mission to accomplish. The creativity is focused on the objective. Then we plan and execute so the creative thrust can have its maximum effect."

A twenty-year veteran of the event-planning industry, Carol maintains a mix of corporate and not-for-profit clients, believing that maintaining contacts with both fields creates synergies that benefit all of her clients. She understands the bottom line of the corporate world as well as she relates to the benevolent mission of the charitable cause.

Carol's corporate marketing and promotional experience covers a wide range of fields. Her clients hail from the automotive, health care, manufacturing, financial and nonprofit realms. More and more, client needs bring C. Lewis Shows, Meetings & Events, Inc. into national and overseas assignments. As the past Executive Director for the American Cancer Society, Special Events Coordinator for the Arthritis Foundation and Public Relations and Development Director for the Children's Center, Carol maintains hands-on contact with fundraising, marketing and public relations requirements of not-for-profits.

Carol's broad educational background includes business administration, marketing and public relations.
